“Wonderful people, delicious food and comfortable accommodations. Thank you for a fantastic experience! In more detail, Tessa proved to be an energizer bunny, ensuring that everyone’s needs and issues were resolved for the entire trip, from airport pickup in Santiago, Chile, until the return to the airport 9 days later. I think she will sleep for a week after taking care of us nonstop from dawn until late at night. Everyone was thrilled with her expert support and her wonderfully calm and positive personality. The other members of the tour were also a joy. But I can’t credit that entirely to the tour company – it just worked out to be very special. We saw so many amazing sights while learning a tremendous amount about the culture and history of Rapa Nui. Transfers went smoothly, and our guides, Terry and Gina, were fabulous – both amazingly knowledgeable and willing to help in any way.”

Tour Resource Consultants was the planner for our school’s music department trip to Disney in the Spring of 2025 – and what a memorable experience it was! Not only was the trip masterfully planned and executed, but not even a canceled flight home could put a damper on our experience as a whole! The actual trip was wonderful – from its initial inception, through all of the planning stages up to and including the organization of getting all of the students to the airport. Once we arrived in Disney, everything was done for us and it made chaperoning the trip so easy. We were able to focus on the students and their performances rather than having to worry about anything else.
As we were arriving at the airport to board our return plane home, we were suddenly notified that our airline had canceled our flight home! (due to airline and airport issues, not having anything to do with TRC). George had transportation to and from an area hotel booked, along with hotel rooms for all of the students and chaperones, and a new flight booked for the next day within minutes and we didn’t even have time to worry. It was incredible how professionally and quickly the hiccup was handled and we eventually made it home without further interruption. I am not sure any other company would have been able to handle that snafu as gracefully as George and the team at TRC. I wasn’t surprised as I have been booking tours with George for over ten years and trust him and TRC with our most important trips!

Tour Resource Consultants planned an amazing trip to Ireland for our high school orchestra! We played in incredible venues and the trip was so seamless and well planned. The students had fantastic musical experiences but also did some amazing sight-seeing. We really enjoyed getting to perform a side-by-side concert with a young Irish orchestra – the kids made amazing cultural and personal connections. We’ve used Tour Resource Consultants for several trips over the years and will continue to do so!
