Jessica Pica

Joining in 2026, Jessica is ecstatic to be the newest team member of TRC! Jessica has her Masters in Art History, studying both Art History and Classics in undergrad as well. With a unique background in hospitality, events, and project management, she has learned the importance of end-to-end coordination and client communication. Additionally, Jessica grew up in the New Jersey/New York Theatre scene and has many connections to both Broadway and professional theatre.

She first discovered her passion for student tours while working in New York City, arranging dinners for theatrical student groups to meet working Broadway actors. Helping bring students to their dream was incredibly fulfilling and inspired her to take a leap of faith and make a career change.

Jessica is a theme park enthusiast with a dream to visit one major theme park in every country! Walt Disney World was her first love, sparking her passion for this specific type of tourism. She is thrilled to book theme park experiences for TRC and hopes to join a few herself.

When she is not working, she spends time with her lovely fiancé, Lee. They usually try to get outside to the pool or even golf, but they love their video games and reading too. That is, when they aren’t planning their next theme park adventure
