After finishing his musical studies, Maury spent several years
singing with the opera choruses in Philadelphia and the Spoleto Festival in Italy. He
continues to perform in special projects when his schedule allows. Maury has a keen
interest in ethnic food, which stems from a year studying in London as a post-graduate student.His recent travels include to Japan, Austria, Italy, Hungary
and Croatia.
